How will my answers be used?
The answers you give to this questionnaire will be combined with the answers given by other participants, and will be reported in an aggregated, anonymous format.
Your individual responses will not be identifiable to anyone other than DataGems Market Research unless you give express permission.
How will you store my survey answers?
Data security is important to us, all personal data is stored on an encrypted drive.
Anonymous data is stored for 2 years, after which it is securely destroyed.
Personal information is kept for the duration of the project + 6 months, after which it is securely destroyed.
CLIENTS / ASSOCIATES
If you are a client or associate of DataGems Market Research we will collect and process information in relation to the projects we work on together.
This information will be used for the SOLE purpose of each project and will not be shared with any third parties.
If you chose to receive our newsletter we will collect and process your name and email address.
This information will be used for the SOLE purpose of sending you the newsletter and will not be shared with any third parties.

Can I complain if I’m not happy with any of the above?
